The firm can claim the mobile expenses of he partner. However you will have to prrove to teh satisfaction of the AO that the mobile is being used for legitimate business purpose. for this you can provide an itemised summary of the phone calls made from the mobile of the partner, whihc will will proove that the mobile was being used for the purpose of teh business.
