can a composition dealer sale to another composition dealer and how we show these entries in gstr4. I mean in 0% purchase or how?

As of now composit dealer are not required to show purchases in GSTR4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.

YES , COMPOSIT DEALER CAN PURCHASE FROM COMPOSIT DEALER
