Dear Professional Friends, Can any one please suggest me on the following issue:

We have filed Tax Audit Report Form 3CB & 3CD on 30/11/2014. But, in last minute tension..we provided the wrong amount in Item No.40 Accounting Ratios. Given Gross Profit wrong Amount. It is only an clerical mistake only. Not an intentional one. We have attached P and L Statements with correct Information Only. While e-filing only, in the column, provided WRONG AMOUNT of GROSS PROFIT (Rs.). Client( Assesse) also approve the same without verifying it.

Now, can i rectify the same with the REVISED option? If can, what is the procedure? Early response will be appreciated. ThanQ Very Much in Advance for your valuable guidance and Advice.

Do not worry much. This will not affect your scrutiny assessment much. However, there is no provision for filing a revised 3CB-3CD yet.

Please wait upto for processing from CPC. Then go for rectification by using 143(1) order. (Better do this by using some Private CA ERP software) i recommend Winman CA ERP
