While caculating the no of days of leave, whether it is permissible to deduct the no. of days worked in excess in a week (i.e as per rule we have to work for 35 hrs but i m working for 42 days monday-saturday) from the total no of leave taken.?
The extra days worked would be deducted from your leave.... i.e ur leave will be reduced by that no. of days...
