Calculation of 30 days for satisfaction of charge

April 12, 2012 will be the last day without any penality and May 12, 2012 will be the last date with penality. There after the company will have to go for condonation of delay.

But 60 days condition as above said applies to form 8 (with additional fee beyond 30 days) and in case of form 17 any delay beyond 30 days attracts clb petition...In case of form 17 there is no prov. of file with late fee..either file it within 30 days or go for clb order.... 10th april 2012 will be the last day to file form 17 without moving to CLB.
