I've heard from many here that we cant do CA along wit CWA. If we do so ICAI will not allow to write CA final exam and will cancel the membership too??? I'm in a slight confusion yaar! pls help me out from this?

We can do both but only with permission under form no. 112 from the principal and the council.
(In fact there is no problem in this type of permission)
If you do not take permission and cleared CWA then you have to pay fine only.

No permission required from CA institute. Refer recent case between ICAI and ICFAI. ICAI has lost the case. earlier, ICAI had not allowed to their students to do ICFAI. but after long battle with ICFAI in supreme court, ICAI has lost case. the court has directed ICAI, that it is against fundamental right of constitution. Amy person are free to study any course. ICAI can not resist the students.
ICFAI has won the case.

To be clear, if any one wants to do CWA, during his/her Articleship period, one has to seek permission from ICAI. If any CA student before/after Articles period, need not to take any permission from ICAI.

THANK you mam. i'm going to appear for pe-2 this november and foundation this december and still i've not applied for found. exam, parallely next june i'll complete my b.com. so whether should i write foundation this december or wait till i finish b.com to register for inter? How to approach this?

hi frnd there is no formality for doing CWA course, this is Postal means there is no problam,if u r taken any regular course means u can taken permission with ICAI to submitte required form.there is no fomality u can continue ur course..........from chiru
Add on's Professional Qualification s gives u fruits at the later stage, i think we need for the permission in Form 112. CA with CWA/CS/ICFAI is Added Flaour on the Pastries
