Ca refuses industrial training

I am sure many of us have faced this problem. The CA principal refuses to allow me to go on for industrial traiing, even though 3 months notice has been given. He tells me ,"We do not allow industrial training". On the other hand, he has taken in industrial trainees from other firms. Is this fair?

Industrial training is our right, given by the law. Can a CA firm's policy overwrite law?

I contacted e sahayata, and got the reply, "convince your principal".

If ICAI refuses to help us, where do we go?

What should I do?

File a suit against your principal, and also against ICAI for being so negligent in proper regulation of the profession.

yES,

Only option left to you is convince your principal

as ICAI will not interefere in any dispute between student and employer
