Plz suggest me
Can a CA having Partnership in a CA firm get consultancy fee in his individual name, if yes then is it mandatory to apply for proprietorship in ICAI for that consultancy fee?

Hello Vivek..
it's Compulsory to apply for a proprietorship if you are taking a consultancy fee in your personal name without mentioning the name of the firm in which you are associated as a partner.
