latest practice manual for old syllabus is available on ICAI web.. you can download the PDFs. Maybe even CDS portal has the new version on sale.. you can buy from there too, I guess..

The PM available is only that released in Jan 2017 (for may 17 exams) since then, there has been a considerable amount of changes in both Co act as well as Allied Laws incl intro of IBC

Hand book doesn't have any questions right. My concern is questions

Then only thing you can refer is Practice Manual (January 2017) Edition.
For questions post that period you will have to refer some other books which will be limited in RTP NOVEMBER 2018 with respect to latest ammendments.
You can refer CA Arpita Tulisyan notes if you want.
Else my suggestion to you, make notes of each topic in your own.
That's the best way to study that's what I feel.
Coz I am not aware whether there is publication with question answer type form.
