CA Final Exam Form - Who can sign?

Final 4076 views 7 replies

Hi guys, I have the following query: Who can sign the CA Final Exam form? Does it have to be the principal only??

The OMR Form (Form A) says "Signature of Member" and not "Signature of Principal"
The Form B says "Signature of Principal/ Member" (meaning any member can sign.

If this is correct, then the articles don't need to beg their principals to get the form signed.

Do reply.

if the training is still going than the priciple signature r mendatory but if training is completed than any member can sign it

agree with mr radhekrishna

If the articles is yet to be completed then by the Principal CA only.

and

If the articleship had completed then by any of the Practicing CA.

Use of word

"  need to beg"

tells that you are doing dummy.

Else no Principal CA denies or takes a single minute to sign the examination form.

Thank you RADHEKRISHNA0001. Your reply seems very logical and correct.

And Pratibha Khandelwal, I'm not doing dummy thats why i need to beg. My CA is troubling me because he wants me to show more leave. Dummy kar raha hota toh itna bolna nahi padta.

Sir, If while submitting the exam form my articleship will continue but my articleship will gets completed before the exam dates. In this case may i get attested my exam form by any other practising CA?
