Institute's study material is best. However Munish Bhandari Handbook is recommended for quick revision and overview of subject.
Munish bhandari text book is best and complete in itself.

work out practical questions in practise manuel. give importance for FEMA, competition Act, Sebi. competition seems to be important since changes has happened in limits of combinations and exemptions for certain enterprises for 5 years. law latest study material is good
