CA Exams
My friend get admission in CA in May 2004 then he did not continue after 6 month. My question is can he restart CA now. or will that 5 attempt for exams will apply to him and he will have to get new addmission

He will have to get new registration
According to me,he can restart with a new registration.
now he has to go for PCC 18 months training directly.
