Mr.Rajesh sir,smart answer. I already try to contact them lot of time. They didn't pick the call.. that's why I raised query in this caclubindia.

You complete your two years of articleship in any way & join your employment as Industrial training or if your employment is for short term purpose ,you can go for secondment of training if there is any CA where you obtained the employment.

I assume you have come to Final after clearing the old IPCC route. In such case, you need to complete two and half years of practical training in order to appear for Final examination.

 

As per ICAI rules, you must be in the Service as on the first day of month of examination (as per your eligible exam month and year) and would be serving the last six months of training in order to appear for CA Final examination. A certificate of serving the service should also be sent to the CA Exam Office to prove that you satisifed their rules. Hope this helps.

That is a fact. U can terminate with concurrence of your senior principal and inform icai in format. U can resume with any Ca at a later date. Anyhow only completion of article days will make u eligible for exams. U can sit exam only after getting sign of principal Ca on exam form if ur article period is not completed

My employer terminated in ARTICLESHIP I have completed 23 months of articleship..... HE terminated because  I was absent from office 35 days without any notice.... not picked any calls from office... can i serve balance period i other employer  whats the consequences of that in my careeR
