I gave my first attempt of ca cpt in june 2015, now i am planning to give a second attempt as i fell short of 6 marks for passing. i want to ask whether i am supposed to register again for the second attempt or shld i just fill the examination form available right now for ca cpt december 2015.

you just need to fill the exam form and continue.. no issues with that
I did try filling that up but everytime when i try to log in for that examination form.. it shows that my login id and password is invalid. I even tried calling the icai helpline nos, but no one is answering. Any idea related this.. login id invalid thing??
no idea regarding that...!!!! Stil wil suggest to post querry on e-sahitya.. or cant you create a new log in id... Or one last way to check your mails to confirm the last log in id you used.. may b you are mistaking spellings or some common errors
@ Ish*ta, no need of fresh registration for the course but u have register freshly with new username & password for every exam. In that icaiexam.icai.org > click new user> fill the required details (cpt registration number, date of birth as u r given with icai) & get register for exam. Then immediately will get new username & registered mobile number. By using this login n fill the exam form.
Then immediately u will get new username & new password to ur mobile number & also to ur mail id. Then login again with those details n fill the exam form & submit. All the best.

After filling details, sometimes new username etc wont come to mobile number. Once u click submit button, username n password will display on computer screen. For a safer side take picture of those details.
There is no need of registration again for the second time. It is advisable to send them an email and also try talking them over phone. Good luck!
As I said in the above mgs, that process requires in every attempt. Its not Cpt course registration. Its registering for December exam. Before filling form, every time u have to get new username & new password for that particular exam as I said in the previous mgs.
Agree with Mr. Kishore bhat. There is no no need to register again for cpt however you will require new user ID nd password to login to fill exam from.

Same problem i arises when last time filling my ipcc exam form. I had also called icai but no ome has gave me right solution.unfortunately my sir suggest me to fill offline exam form.and finally i fill offline form and appear in exam...so i suggest u is problem persist continuously u should fill offline exam from obtain from icai chepter office...
