CA certificate for SAD refund to be signed by Statutory Auditor or any CA can sign the certificate

Dear Gurpreet,
If it is written in the provisios of SAd refund that the Certificate should be signed by the Statutory auditor the cirtificate should be signed so else it will be signed by any CA other then the Satutory auditor.
