For starting articleship do I need to fill form 102, 103 and 112? What is the procedure of franking and where do I do the franking? Where do I get the non judicial stamp paper or the special adhesive tapes? What are the list of Banks doing franking? Does ICAI do franking? Do I need to do the franking before filling the forms? Which form needs franking? What are the other procedures? Is the ITT and Orientation certificates required to be submitted while registering for articleship?

Non-Judicial Paper is that green paper, franking needs to be done on the first page of Green papers.
Franking services is provided only by Co-operative Banks.
Does any co-operative bank provide franking service? Where can I get the non judicial paper?
Form 112 is to be submitted only if you are pursuing any other course. Copies of ITT and Orientation certificates are to be submitted along with forms 102, 103, among others.

plz help me out I have taken inter-regional transfer my earlier articleship belongs to western region and now i have joined a firm which belongs to southern region. but while submitting form 109 i have send it to southern region instead of western region. after few day i got to know that it has to be submitted to the western region. now i have send that form again but it is beyond 30 days now.
plz tell me what to do and help me out. I will be very thankful to you.
Beyond 30 days submission will attract only a penalty of around 200 Rs , the date of termination is the date which you have mentioned on 109 form. So nothing to worry submit form to WIRC with penalty ....
It is compulsory to get registered with institute for ca-final before starting articleship (if u passed ca ipcc both group )
