CA Articleship Leave days

I have heard that for the final examination three month leave is availed to the student can u tell me that whether this three month is included in 158 days or not.

i have passed my ca inter exam now i m doing my articleship can u tell me how many days leave i can take during my articleship period which is of 3 Years

This leave's time period is for students of PCC or CA Final?

If this is for CA Final, then what is the amount of leaves allowed to PCC student.

u can't say that total leave is for 137 or 158.

it'll decide on circumstances.

as per regulations, total leave allowed is calculated on the basis of your actual period serve.

1/6 leave is allowed of your actual period serve (excluding leave).

you may refer institute site for the same issue.

Plz tell me the actual leave allowed in articleship for CA PCC period of 3yrs & 6months..& in case of excess leave taken den actual wheter Form 107 has also to be submitted alongwit Form 108....
