I have completed my articeship deed in nov'10. But I have a medical leave of almost 15 months. I want to complete my excss leave training. Kindly say me the entire procedure for doing it. I am bi confused regarding Form 107 and Form 108. Kindly help me and say me step wise what i have to do.

here's the solution.
There are 2 options or rather rules.
1) If there is any break in completion and serving of excess leaves or change in principal u need to execute deed in form 102 and Form 103 for the excess leaves and form 108 for period already served.
2) if there is no break nor change in principal the execute deed in form 107 and file form 108 for period already served.

I am doing article ship training since aug 2008. I got attempt for pcc on May 2010 but I could not attempt it due to personal problems. I took leave from October to prepare November 2010 exams and from November 2 2010 onwards I am suffering from back pain (disc syndrome) so i could not attend the exams. i reported my office in January with medical certificate for two and half months(i.e., November to January 12) but my principal is not accepting me and he is not allowing me to the office. He rejected my medical leave and he did not sign on my exam application for May 2011 exams. i did not know what to do. Please guide me sir so that I can write in this attempt (May 2011)
i have completed my articleship with my current employer and have excess leave. i don't want to continue under my present employer. Can i join a different employer in a diferrent city. Do i need to send any additional form for change in city of articleship? Also, I have completed my PCE Exam, but form 103 does not contain option for PCE students in point No. 1, do i have to re-register under IPCC or something..Please help me reply soon, its urgent.

in dis form 107 or not??? as in 107 it is mentioned dat excess leave taken dan permissible in d said period......
said period means d period i served under present employer??? so how shud i show excess leav of past emplyer in dis
form 107 wit my present employer???
