My articleship is terminated on 18-04-2016 which was the due date of 3 years completion. But, now in ICAI records it is showing excess leave of 79 days and i have not received any letter for that. I have only submitted form 108 but not submitted form 107 as i was not informed about it, but i have done my articleship till Aug-2016. So, is there any wayout to claim waiver of late fees of Form 107 as above 365 days it is Rs. 10000 stating that no letter was received of extension and now submit form 107 for it.
