I want to take termination of the articleship from a CA firm within Aug,2016 and join another CA firm in Feb ,2017 i.e, after 6 months from date of transfer / termination. Is it valid to do so ?

Dear Naveen,
U can do so but a justification is required and also u have to pay the fees .
further old office attendance records and stipend payment will be checked
