friends under direct entry scheme can start artcicles immediately and we need submit 103

so in case of form filling there is no option of direct entry ? it had only cpt passed or ippc one group or 2nd group wt should i do how to fill the form

my 2nd query is i had recently registered for ipcc not yet i got my registration letter can i check tthe same in online any posiibility plz advice
