Yes, very well. You need to take a transfer certifcatie from the previous firm and submit the same along with documents of the new firm.

Rules regarding transfer of article assistant has been changed. You can take transfer with first year of atricleship for any reason, but after complition of first year of articleship, you can take transfer only in case of Health problem or transfer of parents which beyond 50 kms of office of your current employer or any for any other reason as institute deems fit.
