C form for purchase of cement

As you purchasing cement for construction needs you will not be able to give a C Form.

In case of cement bought for manufacturing bricks if again it is sold then you give C Form. But this warrants need of a strong inventory system. If you want to issue C Form first verify whether the commodity is stated in your RC.

If not apply for change with the VAT office.

thats where you will not be able to issue C Forms.
