I am working in a manufecturing unit and we sales our material against C-form to our delars. But we have still pending our C-form with our debtors from the FY 2006-07, and presently some of them has closed their business also
Now ITO is asking us to diposit C-form till Sep 2009 for evey quater otherwise he is sayng that he will not issue us any C-form (which we have to issue to our creditors)
and some of our dealer are saying that they have already issued us C-form and also sending us photocopy of the same but we have not got till date(may be misplace by currier)
Now what to do for
1) Pending C-Form with debtors which are already closed
2) which are already lost somewhere
and
3) which are pending with debtors
and can we take c-form from ITO against any legal aplication
