05 June 2009When C form issued. Whether it is issued only for purchase or sales and at what percentage on which value. Whether it is 2% on basic value of purchase or sales. whether the purchaser or seller has to issue c form, if not issued, whether he has to pay tax fully to the government? if so, how much percentage? Can anyone explain for this please? Thanks.

C Form is issued for all interstate purchases for the items covered in your certificate of registration for the full value of the bill and in case of your sales through C Form you have to collect C Form from the purchaser .The rate is as applicable is 2% as of now
