One of my client of mumbai sold goods to party in surat at (gujrat). In reply of that he has received c form . no when to selling party of mumbai to submit to this c form to sales tax dept. and what is procedure. is their any time period for submission of c form to dept.

When the Vat Audit Report (Given by a chartered accountant) is submitted to the departmnet, after that only department will start its own audit.
