C form

Query regarding C Form:-

If there are more than 1 item e.g. 3 different machines are purchased from another state in 1 invoice &
that invoice includes cst, packing charges, excise duty etc then ,

do we have to segregate/apportion cst, packing charges & excise duty to find out the different invoice values of the 3 machines?

what should be the basis of apportionment?

You have to issue Form C for invoice raised by supplier. In your case you have to issue one C Form for one invoice raised by supplier. You are required to bifurcate value of Goods (excluding CST), CST and Total (Value of Goods + CST). I assume that the abovementioned supplier has not issued any other invoices other than one invoice (for which you raised question)during that quarter

My client has purchased 3 different kind of machines but one bill is raised by the supplier & that bill includes combined packing charges, cst & excise duty ....
& I have to enter all the the 3 machines in different columns in form C with their corresponding invoice value ,then how do i have to bifurcate the same?

Query resolved..:)
