I am selling product A and along with that offering product B for free. However, I am preparing 2 separate bills for both the products. Will I have to pay tax on product B or will it be treated as supplying two or more goods for the price of one.
I am selling product A and along with that offering product B for free. However, I am preparing 2 separate bills for both the products. Will I have to pay tax on product B or will it be treated as supplying two or more goods for the price of one.
If Product B is marked as "Free Sample" or "Not for Sale" then no need to pay GST, ITC will also have to be reversed on that.
If nothing marked on the product then pay GST & take ITC on that product.
