Hi,
In case of Buy Back of Shares, do a company need to transfer an amount equivalent to NV of shares to CRR A/c?
I couldnt locate it in my book.

the amount used from free reserves for the purpose of buyback is the be transferred to CRR a/c.
refer section 69 of The Companies Act, 2013.
