I am an Indian Citizen working currently in the US. My business partner & I have colaborated with a college in the US and are planning to recruit students from India who can attend this college. Before we setup shop in India or US, I had some questions and was wondering if someone could help me out with these questions???
What form of company will be most beneficial for tax purposes(Partnership, LLC, JV, INC etc)
Is it beneficial to form an company in the US or in India?
what are the licences required to open an agency for students in India.
Is it better to register the company as an (NRI) or have the company be registered as Indians.
Can we form a company in India while we are currently in the US?
Do we need PAN Numbers to form a company?
Is it better to have a bank a/c in India where the funds will be transferred or a US bank a/c for tax purposes
