As investment under 80c has been extended to 31st June 2020 recently .
considering this extension ,I have a doubt regarding business expense
I run Online Ads for my business , so it comes under business expense . If business expenses after 31st March is considered for FY 2019-20 .

As per Your query.,
No... FY not extending to Jun-2020. But, The recent press releases says due dates are extended.
It's mean the deduction related investment can be invest up-to 30th Jun-2020. But, The dues will be on or before 31st March dues only. We can't avail exemption if FY 19-20 return if we paid April dues...
Finally we want to wait exact clarification by departments

No business expenses incurred after March 2020 cannot be claimed in the FY 2019-20.
As per the government press release, the investment to be made under tax saving schemes can be made upto 30.06.2020.
