I am running a catering buisness and regd. under Delhi Shop & establishment (ABC caterers) with 12 no. of employees in delhi. now I am going to filling a tender for catering in other reputed firm.. but they are asking for a labour license.. from where i can obtain this license and what is the procedure for this.
Also, I am starting a houskeeping services in delhi, so i want to ask you can i run business with the same name of ABC caterers or shall have to rgistered in delhi shop and establishment seperately for the same.
Please clear my doubt ASAP.
