Break during transfer of articles

I have joined a firm on 19th March 2012 as Article Trainee. I am planning to take transfer and my firm has agreed to relieve me on 15th March 2013. I want to finish my B.Com Exams and take couple of days rest and then join in the new firm only on 15th April 2013. Current firm will give the last date as 15th March 2013. New firm will have the joining date as 15th April 2013. My question is : a) is this one month break allowed. b ) will i be able to still write my Final Exams in Nov 2014 and continue the Article Trainee till 15th April 2015. c) or will it be considered as a break, which will delay my appearance in the Final Exam in Nov 2014? d) Will getting relieved on 15th March 2013 ( End of working hours) and joining the new firm on 15th April 2013 ( beginning of the office hours) considered "Within One Month" or is it cutting too close?

Can someone reply at the earliest and guide me ?

Yes, there can be a break in articleship...

If you are serving last 6 months on the 1st day of the month on which the exams are being held, you would be eligible to appear for that attempt..

ans 2 ur questions.....

a)yes , u can take break for 1month,no issues with dat.

b)yes,u can write final in november,provided u register before 26th april,in this case u r gonna join on 15th april,so u dont hv anything 2 worry abt.

c)dat break will not affect ur attempt as long as u complete ur 2 n half yrs of training before november 2014.....im a transfer case myself,i took a break of 2 months before joining a new firm, while submitting the form i asked the staff at the regional office who assured me dat it wont affect my attempt which is this year november.

d)i didn't understand this part, u have 2 b more specific n clear.
