BRC utilization status is mentioned as available and used? What does it mean?
Many times banks do not upload BRC although there is forex inward remittance thru them. Customs serves notice upon exporter and not on Bank.

Summary: "Available" means the data is in the DGFT system but unlinked; "Used" means it is already linked to an export shipment. If your BRC is missing, the primary responsibility lies with your bank to correctly transmit the data to the DGFT, and you should escalate this with your bank's trade finance branch.
