one of my client is planning to purchase jaggery from a farmer.....
later he will label and pack it under a brand name and sell both jaggery and jaggery powder in packed containers
What will be the Gst rate for the same

Jaggery of all types including Cane Jaggery (gur), Palmyra Jaggery; Khandsari Sugar is classified under HSN code 1701 or 1702 and exempt under GST. There will no tax if it is being sold in packed container
