Is it possible to do Branch Tranfer of certain Raw Material from our DTA unit to our SEZ unit ? what is the procedure & what are the impacts ?

No. Branch transfer in your case is not applicable. DTA to SEZ transaction means under export procedures. You have to raise ARE-1 with invoice and send to SEZ.
