Simple.......................................u said the man was hung from ceiling........................................so he was died.....................becoz of hanging.....................................and u can't question the questioner how did the man go there....................as we cant question the examiner.........................................

he climbed on the roof and hung himself from there. the water on the floor shows the roof was open there (or he opened it)
