As per notification the due date for filing of return has been extended till 15th Oct. 2010. Suppose if a company pays bonus & leave salary on 10th Oct. 2010 & file return on 13th Oct. 2010, can the comapny claim onus & leave encashment as an allowable expense.?

yes it can as per sec 43(b) it can be claimed when paid ......
