In Bill of Entry, If our freight value is more than 20 % of invoice value. Then, How we calculate Assessable value??

IF UR GOODS COMES VIA AIR MODE--THEN U CAN TAKE MAX 20% OF FOB VALUE AS A FRIEGHT FOR ASS.VALUE...
BUT IF MODE IS VESSEL THEN U CN TAKE ACTUAL FRIEGHT .....
