Board resolutions

Hi,

Can anyone send me company Board resolutions format for signature mandatory of one Director on Cheque as per Banker requirment.

“RESOLVED THAT Pursuant to the provision of section 292 of the Companies Act, 1956, and subject to the other provisions of the said Act or other Laws, Mr. _______ and /or Ms. ________, Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to open and/close account whether Ordinary/Overdraft with State Bank of India, Overseas Branch, 3^rd Floor, Amrit Jayanti Bhavan, Navjivan Post Office, Ahmedabad-380014 and that the Bank be instructed to honour all cheques, promissory notes and other orders drawn and all bills accepted on behalf of the Company and the amount of all cheques, notes, bills, other negotiable instruments, orders or receipts, provided they are endorsed/signed by either, Mr. ________and /or Mrs. _________, (in terms of either/survivor) directors of the Company for the time being, on behalf of the Company and such of the signature shall be sufficient authority to bind the Company including those specifically referred to herein.

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. __________be and is hereby authorised to act as Mandatory Signatory for the said account to be opened with State Bank of India, Overseas Branch, 3^rd Floor, Amrit Jayanti Bhavan, Navjivan Post Office, Ahmedabad-380014 and all the powers delegated to the Director of the Company for working with the said Bank are hereby conferred to Mandatory signatory too and the Bank are hereby directed to honour all the powers so conferred and are hereby stated that all the activities of the Mandatory Signatory shall bound to the company.
