hi, sec 71 stands for the effect of irregular allotment.......do u want resolution for this..plz confirm

“RESOLVED THAT Pursuant to the provision of section 292 of the Companies Act, 1956, and subject to the other provisions of the said Act or other Laws, the directors Mr. ______and Ms. ________be and are hereby authorised to close the Current Account No. ________ with HDFC Bank, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.”
