Board Resolution Format for IEC Certificate

Could somebody please provide me with BOARD RESOLUTION FORMAT for obtaining IEC CERTIFICATE for Import Export Registration.

Hello,

For obtaining IEC certificate i think u only need authority letter from BOD and for obtaining IEC code u need a Board Resolution.

A  copy of it attached, alter it as per ur needs.
