After discussion following resolutions were passed unanimously:
“RESOLVED THAT Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorized jointly or severally to sign, execute all documents, application for securing registration to make payment of applicable professional tax and to represent the company before the concerned authorities including State Government for securing such registration and/or appoint advocates/consultants to represent the company in this regard."
