Board resolution for head office

Hello, my company registered office is at delhi, and i want to make my mumbai office as head office of the company, but the registered office will be delhi, what resolution will it required. please draft a copy.

There is no term known as 'head office' in the Companies Act, 2013. Only the term 'registered office' is defined in it. Following is the draft resolution -

"“RESOLVED THAT the Head Office of the Company be and is hereby shifted from (old address) to (new adress)."

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT (Name of the person) be and is hereby severally authorised to do such acts, deeds and things as may be deemed expedient to give effect to the above resolution."

ok, then what should i mention on the corporate office as i am not changing the registered office address only i need to open a corporate or head office and a branch office in another state, and Do i have to inform the ROC regarding this or I can only pass the resolution in papers and only it.
