Is a board resolution required every year to fix the director's remuneration?
Would the answer change if there is no change in the amount paid?

If there is no any change in the Remuneration padi to directors then there is no requirement to pass Board Resolution every year. For, MD, WTD ,, if there terms for remuneration expires, though there is no changes, pass resolution n file e-form 25C for the same.
