In a private limited company with 3 directors is it mandatory for all 3 directors to sign on the board resolution or only director is enough to sign on Board resolution ?
Board resolution we are passing is for appointment of an additional director.

the Board resolution is not per se required to be signed.
the minutes must be signed by the chairman of the Board

Agree...
however the certified true copy of the Board Resolution is singed by the company secretary/ Director.
