Can anyone provide me a Board Resolution for a Private Limited Company want to isuue its shares partly paid up for5 Face value10.00 with a paid premium of245 and balance premium of245 per share. Its very urgent so Please help. 
ALLOTMENT OF SHARES AT PREMIUM
"RESOLVED THAT 100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 13/- per Share (including a Premium of Rs. 3/- per Share) in the share capital of the Company be and are hereby allotted to below-mentioned allotee in physical form
