maybe he has availed the provisions of sec 54F to build a new house within three years( too early for a 5 year win term) of his long term capital gains (encashment of post election achivements), provided he was in position of such capital assets for not less than OBE YEAR, as per sec........................ ( they will determine later on as per their convenience).

what about the "non taxable gift of property received in advance occession on marrige of his son"? from non liner relatives (2G to 9G - bigggggggggggg waiting list of doners), we feel there is no such provision to tax such gifts taken on marrige in advance ......................
