luk pooja they give lot of preference to girls,and ya i have many of my friends who tuk transfer and joined in big four ,so it depends entirely on your interest ,they give four months preparation time

no nothing they dont luk anything just prepare well and crack for interview learn their profile and preapre nicely ...u must be strong with subject thts it
