big 4 or mid size

Dont join big firms as apart from the leave problem, you will not get directly in contact with your employer and you have to learn everything from the seniours who may have little interest in students. Join mideum sized firm in which you can directly keep in touch with your principal and solve your problems. Only learning in articleship is not relevant. You have to consider many problems during articleship before joining like reading leave, personal attitudes etc.

Also avoid posting the same forum more than once in the same category.
